A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility

The RocketCity.Life Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the State of Alabama who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of RocketCity.Life, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to participate.

2. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by RocketCity.Life, located in Huntsville, Alabama ("Sponsor").

3. Agreement to Rules

By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Sweepstakes.

4. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins and ends on the dates specified on the Sweepstakes page at rocketcity.life/sweepstakes. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM CT on the last day of the entry period.

5. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter:

Method 1 - Passport Check-ins: Visit participating businesses listed on a RocketCity.Life Passport route and check in by scanning the QR code at each location. Each check-in earns one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

Method 2 - Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without making a purchase or visiting a location, visit rocketcity.life/sweepstakes and complete the free entry form by providing your email address. Limit one (1) AMOE entry per person per sweepstakes period.

All entries, regardless of entry method, have an equal chance of winning. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.

6. Prizes

The prize(s) for each Sweepstakes period will be described on the Sweepstakes page, including the Approximate Retail Value (ARV). Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winner is permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize is unavailable.

7. Odds

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the entry period.

8. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by email within five (5) days following the winner selection. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

9. Rights Granted by You

By entering this Sweepstakes, you understand and agree that Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, use your name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Terms & Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Sponsor's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes.

11. Limitation of Liability

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

12. Disputes

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.

13. Privacy Policy

Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the RocketCity.Life website. To read the Privacy Policy, visit rocketcity.life/privacy.

14. Winner List

To obtain a copy of the winner's name or a copy of these Official Rules, send your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: RocketCity.Life Sweepstakes, Huntsville, AL 35801. Requests must be received no later than thirty (30) days after the end of the Sweepstakes period.
