Gulf Distributing Warehouse Expansion

Woodward Design+Build is underway on a $9 million expansion of Gulf Distributing’s Huntsville facility. The project includes a 65,000-square-foot warehouse addition and site improvements to the existing 109,000-square-foot office and warehouse complex. Gulf Distributing, a beverage distributor, is growing its local logistics footprint. If you’ve driven near their location on the west side, you might’ve seen fencing and prep work. This isn’t flashy, but it’s economic infrastructure. More warehouse space means more trucks, more jobs, and more demand for nearby roads and utilities. Huntsville’s industrial corridor keeps churning.
