Development Review Portal Tools Restored
April 12, 2026Links to the Development Review portal—including Map Gallery, Apps, Variance Buffer, and Submit Request—are now accessible. This system is essential for developers filing site plans, zoning variances, or subdivision plats.
The outage earlier this week delayed several submissions, including one for a mixed-use project near MidCity. With access restored, we expect a backlog of filings to appear in the next 72 hours. We’re monitoring the portal for new applications in the Hampton Cove and Five Points corridors.
